Equipment

  • Air Fryer (or oven)
  • Mixing bowl
  • Kitchen knife
  • Immersion blender

Ingredients

  • 2 filets Salmon
  • 10 spears Asparagus
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 large Avocado
  • 1/2 squeezed Lemon
  • 1/2 large Hot Pepper, seeds removed I used an inferno pepper here. Adjust to personal spice preference
  • 2 sprigs Fresh Dill
  • 1 tbs Sour Cream
  • 1 tbs Mayo
  • 2 tbs Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  • In air fryer, lay salmon (may line with tinfoil depending on your fryer). Season with salt and pepper and bake about 15 minutes.
  • While salmon is cooking, in mixing bowl, add hot pepper, lemon, garlic, mayo, sour cream, avocado, dill, salt and pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil. Using immersion blender, blend until smooth. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  • When salmon is almost cooked, add asparagus, tossing lightly with olive oil, salt and pepper, and place back in fryer until salmon is cooked and asparagus is tender.
  • Serve salmon and asparagus topped with sauce, and more fresh dill and lemon as garnish. Enjoy!
