Instructions
Slice tomatoes in half and hollow out the center, creating bowls.
Chop the insides of the tomato and place in a mixing bowl.
To the mixing bowl, add finely chopped celery and red onions, as well as avocado and mayo. Mash together.
Seasoning with all dried ingredients and stir, adjusting to preference.
On serving platter place mixed greens and tomatoes, filling with mixture. Sprinkle with additional chili powder for garnish. Enjoy!
