Parmesan and Garlic Roasted Green Beans

- 1 bunch Green Beans (about 3 inch diameter)
- 1 tsp Butter
- 1 tsp Olive Oil
- 2 tsp Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Trim and wash green beans and lay inside the baking dish.
In a bowl, melt butter until soft but not fully liquid. Add in olive oil, minced garlic and oregano. Mix well.
Stir in mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Fold in about 2/3 of the parmesan cheese.
Pour mixture over the green beans, spreading fairly evenly across all. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
If using the air fryer, place baking dish in and cook for about 7-8 minutes, until lightly golden on top. The same process can be done in a conventional oven, but adjust for a longer cooking time.
Remove and let cool for a minute before scooping onto a serving dish. Garnish with fresh parsley and additional parmesan if desired. Enjoy!
