Baking sheet
Parchment Paper
Medallion
Mixing bowl
- 6-8 large Radishes
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/2 tsp Chili Powder
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- Salt and Pepper
Wash radishes and remove bottoms (helpful if you leave the stems on for cutting!). Using your medallion, cut into thin slices.
Preheat oven to 200.
Add to mixing bowl and toss with olive oil, salt and pepper.
Line baking sheet with parchment paper and lay out radish slices. Sprinkle with powder spices and turn over, repeating the process.
Bake for about 2 hours, turn, and bake another 2 hours.
Check throughout the baking process for crispness-this low temperature should dehydrate the radishes and make a crisp texture, but not burned.
Enjoy as a crunch snack by themselves or served with your favorite dip. Enjoy!
