Instructions
In mixing bowl, squeeze lemon and lime. Add minced garlic, chopped red onion and jalapeno chopped in small pieces. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and mix.
Cleaning and removing tails, cut shrimp in small pieces. I prefer to make all veggies and shrimp a bit smaller so they can be eaten uniformly, but personal preference. Stir to combine.
Add chopped cucumber, tomato, and most of the chopped cilantro. Stir and refrigerate until ready to serve.
To serve, chop avocado and gently stir in. Garnish with more chopped cilantro. Enjoy!
