Broccoli Stalk Fries with Herbed Ranch
A delicious way to use the entire broccoli stalk! These fries crisp up and are a perfect side for your next backyard cook out!

Dressing
- 2 tbsp Mayo (could use yogurt if not keto)
- 1 tbsp Sour Cream
- 1/2 squeezed Lemon
- 1 stalk Green Onion
- 2 sprigs Fresh Parsley
- 2 sprigs Fresh Dill
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp Onion Powder
- Salt and Pepper
Fries
- 2-3 stalks Broccoli
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/4 tsp Chili Powder
- 1/4 tsp Smoked Paprika
- Salt and Pepper
Peel stalks and slice into matchstick size strips.
In mixing bowl, toss broccoli in olive oil and seasonings, coating well. Lay on sheet in air fryer or oven and cook until browned on the outside. *option to roll in bread crumbs or parmesan cheese for more crunch. While cooking, in mixing bowl, combine dressing ingredients and stir well.
Serve fries hot with a bowl of dressing, and extra parsley for garnish. Enjoy!
